Acting as Contract Administrator for the restoration of the external envelope of social housing blocks, after the completion of a Local Authority stock transfer, including production of a scope of works, schedule of rates and specification alongside any documents required to achieve statutory consents.

Contract Administrator for Decent Homes Standard works programmes including upgrading windows, bathrooms, kitchens & boilers and external and landscaping environmental works.

Contract Administrator for building alteration projects on behalf of our clients including Registered Social Landlords, private developers and public service providers.

Client Representative for cyclical redecoration projects procured under Term Partnering Contracts and providing technical advisory support under a Partnering arrangement.

Employer’s Agent for the delivery of mixed-use social housing and retail schemes for Registered Social Landlords, procured directly and also in developer-led schemes under Section 106 legal agreements.

Project management and cost management for Registered Social Landlord clients on a diverse range of residential developments, including pre-development activities, programme management and quality control.
