Responsibilities

Procurement and project management of OJEU-compliant contracts including responsive repairs, void refurbishment works, planned works, cyclical decorations, estate services, fire risk assessments, gas servicing & installation works and joint ventures.

Supporting the development and implementation of strategic asset management appraisal models on behalf of our Registered Social Landlord clients.

Manages a team of building and quantity surveyors for the delivery of cavity wall surveys, stock condition surveys and social housing refurbishment schemes.

Facilitating procurement and contract management workshops on behalf of our Local Authority and Registered Social Landlord clients.

Experience

A wide range of project management and building surveying duties.

OJEU-compliant contract procurement including the use of open, restricted and competitive dialogue procedures and managing procurements through Joint Ventures arrangements.

Project management of numerous OJEU procurements including responsive repairs, void refurbishment works, planned works, cyclical decorations, fire risk assessments and gas servicing & installation works.

2013: Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – FRICS
2013: Full member of the Association of Project Management – MAPM
2006: Prince2 Foundation Course
