Experience

Successful management of procurement contracts under PCR 2006 and 2015 spanning all methods of delivery, including utilising competitive dialogue to procure joint ventures and wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Procurement projects covering construction, asset management, facilities management and procurement of management consultancy services.

Supply chain engagement and management expertise within the social housing and educational sectors.

Client cost adviser on PFI projects across the social housing, education and emergency services sectors using the public sector comparator and evaluation of consortia bids through the adjudication process.

Bid writing advice to contractors and consultants, assessment of existing activities, implementation of strategies to provide training and support.
