Responsibilities

Delivery of asset management strategies and improvement plans.

Procurement and management of responsive and planned maintenance contracts and the delivery of cyclical repair services.

Supporting the development and implementation of strategic asset management appraisal models on behalf of our clients.

Managing a team of building and quantity surveyors for the delivery of cavity wall surveys, stock condition surveys and void refurbishment schemes.

Facilitating procurement and contract management workshops on behalf of our Local Authority and Registered Social Landlord clients.

Compliance reviews and improvement planning.

Experience

Procurement and management of responsive and planned maintenance contracts and the delivery of cyclical repair services.

A wide range of procurement, asset management and building surveying duties.

Process improvement projects, lean review and process mapping.

Providing strategic direction and operational management of contracts up to £20m.

Delivery of customer journey projects. Reviewing customer experience, complaints and satisfaction cause and effect.

Developing internal and external performance requirements and leading a team of 60 staff on the delivery of a maintenance service to 25,000 homes.

Providing executive coaching and mentoring.
