Acts as CDM co-ordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 for residential and education projects.

Supervisor for APC candidates currently training within the Practice and provides managerial support to the Partner in charge of the Brighton office.


Feasibility studies on sheltered housing schemes for our Registered Social Landlord clients, including options for outline design, access and logistics, site usage, modern methods of construction, investigation of site constraints, budget costs and risk appraisals.

Development appraisals on houses in multiple occupation (HMO) and garage sites for conversion, extension and redevelopment, including budget costs and risk appraisal for key uncertainties.

Project management, procurement and contract administration services for our Local Authority and Registered Social Landlord clients on conversion of office accommodation, sheltered and supported housing schemes.

Detailed design, project management, procurement and contract administration on school extension and refurbishment projects.

Preparing Employer’s Requirements, acting as technical advisor to our clients to advise on procurement, forms of contract, Housing Quality Indicators, Lifetime Homes, Code for Sustainable Homes, Passivhaus Standard and Secured by Design schemes.
